By signing up for our Educational Trips, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should contact us as soon as you can. The term “KPInternational” or “us”, “we”, or “our” refers to Knowledge Pathways International. The term “you”, “customer(s)”, “student(s)” refers to the users of our services.
What Is Included?
All prices include transportation only unless stated otherwise.
Who could use the card?
This membership card could only be used by the person whose name and photo are printed on the card.
Discounts
Students who have our membership card will be entitled to have £10 off each of our day trip(s) if they have our membership card. This deal is not valid in conjunction with any other deal.
Students who do not have our membership card will be eligible for 10% discounts on each day trip if they are in groups of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5. This deal is not valid in conjunction with any other deal.
Students who do not have our membership card will be eligible for 15% discounts on each day trip if they are in groups of a minimum of 6. This deal is not valid in conjunction with any other deal.
Booking
Students must make, confirm and pay for their bookings by midday 8 days before the day of the trip. Any bookings made after this deadline are subject to availability.
Tickets bought cannot be transferred to any other person.
Payment
Online Booking Payments will be processed using PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to be able to make online payments. Certain card companies do not allow payments via PayPal, so make sure to check with your card provider before making an online booking.
Cancellation
Once a booking has been made for a trip, it is not possible to cancel the booking within 7 days of departure. Cancellation between 14 and 7 days will incur 50% cancellation fee.
Refunds
If the payment was made by card, the refund process will normally take between 7 to 10 working days. As for cash payments, the refunds will be immediate.
Departure Time
Students are required to be at departure points 15 minutes prior to departure of the coach. Departure times and meeting points are listed on our website. Failure to arrive on time will result in missing the trip and no refund will be issued.
Delivery
Upon booking a ticket, a copy of the ticket will be emailed to the email address provided to us at the time of registration.
Travel & Excursions
KPInternational uses the services of other agents such as coach operators. KPInternational cannot be held responsible for the failure of any of these operators to supply the services required or for any delays resulting in such failure. In the event that any of our suppliers are unable to deliver the services required, KPInternational will make every effort to make alternative arrangements so that the trip takes place or continues as per the schedule.
Code of Conduct
KPInternational reserves the right to deny carriage of passengers. Anyone who becomes aggressive, continually disobeys requests from the driver or the trip leaders, or is deemed to be putting other passengers at risk will risk being removed from the trip. If you are removed from the trip it will be your responsibility to arrange and pay for your return transport.
Alcoholic drinks are strictly banned on board.
Miscellaneous
Brochure descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of printing but KPInternational reserves the right to amend the itinerary as circumstances dictate although all advertised components of the trip will be included they may not take place in the order described. In the event that KPInternational have to cancel any trip due to insufficient number of bookings then a full refund will be given. Notification of cancelled trips will be given at least 12 hours prior to trip departure dates.
All student trips information shows example itineraries to use as a guideline. Please note that the order we visit various attractions may change depending on the circumstances or time of year. Please follow the advice of your trip leader(s) and make sure that you are at the various pickup points and departures at the correct times.
